Located in Karlsruhe, Germany, the goal of my counselling practice is to offer you a welcoming, safe, and judgment-free environment as you seek to heal, and make the changes you desire to see in your life and relationships.
My approach to therapy is based on the idea that it is my responsibility to hold space for you in a way that is compassionate, embodied, and present.
As an expat of over 8 years in Germany, I am well aware of the need for English-speaking mental health services, and the struggles that often accompany living abroad.
